The Clinton Street Theater

Without the Clinton Street Theater, and the support from its multiple owners since 1986, the CSC would not exist today.

The Clinton Street Cabaret owes an immeasurable debt of gratitude to the those who have owned the Clinton Street Theater over the past 40+ years. Without the understanding of what Rocky Horror was, its impact in the community, and without employees willing to stay up until dawn running the projector, serving popcorn…. and of course cleaning up the Audience Participation “mess” afterwards, we would not be here today.

Be sure to visit the Clinton Street Theater even when our cast is not performing. Many cast Alumni continue to run and perform their own shows here that include Burlesque, theater productions, drag shows and so much more. Additionally the Theater has long been known in the film community as a place to exhibit independent films to a receptive audience. And who knows, you may have the chance to see a local celebrity or two at the Clinton.

Pride Northwest

Pride Northwest provides an outlet for the CSC to perform to a wider audience and to support our community

Both organizations involvement with each other goes to way back before either was an organized non-profit. Alumni and associated peoples from both communities frequently crossed over. Leading to the Clinton Street Cabaret performing at Peacock in the Park, and at Pride Parade.

Today, the CSC still participates in Portland Pride, by both marching in the Pride Parade, and with a booth at the yearly Waterfront Pride Festival held in July where you can meet cast members and buy merchandise.

The Bijou Theater

Our second home, the Bijou Theater in Lincoln City, hosts our cast at Halloween

Since 2006, the historic Bijou Theater in Lincoln City, Oregon, has hosted the CSC for a special Halloween show every year.

These special shows give our cast a much needed break with a little mini-vacation, but most importantly allows us to perform for an audience that is not normally able to see us.
